This dissent collar necklace is inspired by the iconic Ruth Badar Ginsburg and how she would not so quietly where her famous collars along with her robes on the Supreme Court while giving some of her historic dissents. Great for layering or a stand alone piece. The dissent collar pendant is gold colored brass which is wire wrapped with gold filled wire from 14k gold filled cable chain and then finished with a matching gold filled spring clasp.
